BNB Networks pays $40.00 for estimates ONLY if the Affiliate cannot access the unit, utilities are not on preventing you from working, or the tenant is not available and we must reschedule the service ticket. Affiliate MUST submit photos proving they were at the assigned property. Photos should include picture of address, service area, and lockbox (if available). Submit at
